《道路工程学报（英文）》（Journal of Road Engineering，简称JRE）(CN 61-1520/U，ISSN 2097-0498) 是国家新闻出版署批准，教育部主管、长安大学主办、季刊出版的英文期刊，沙爱民教授和Tien Fang Fwa教授担任共同主编，2021年12月创刊。

JRE立足国内、面向全球，着眼于服务国家重大工程战略需求， 聚焦绿色、智能、可持续发展理念下的道路工程基础理论与共性技术，刊发道路工程全生命周期过程中的绿色化、智慧化、韧性化、资源化及长寿命技术等方面世界前沿研究成果，推动科技成果转化应用，服务道路工程领域科技发展和国际学术交流，全面提升我国在国际道路工程领域学术话语权和影响力。

投稿系统正式开放

为方便作者投稿、专家审稿，提高编辑部工作效率，《道路工程学报（英文）》网上投稿系统Editorial Manager正式上线运行。从2022年1月1日起，本刊只接受网上投稿系统来稿，原投稿邮箱不再接受来稿。欢迎作者在网上投稿系统注册用户并投稿，如遇到困难或问题，请及时与编辑部沟通。期刊网址及EM投稿系统如下。

Editorial Manager 投稿系统使用方法

第一步：注册与登录

作者首先需要进入Editorial Manager系统的登录界面（http://www.keaipublishing.com/jre；  https://www.editorialmanager.com/jreng），在该系统中，新用户需要注册，注册方法有两种：一种是通过绑定ORCID（科研人员与投稿身份识别码）进行注册；另一种是通过自定义用户名、密码的方式进行注册）。

第二步：投稿

1. 登录Editorial Manager，点击“Submit New Manuscript”。

2. 进入投稿导航页面。作者需要按照要求依次完成所有导航栏目。

3. 按照要求上传文件。

4. 确认文件已经上传，进入下一步。

第三步：投稿确认

1. 完成投稿所有步骤后，系统自动生成PDF。作者可以通过点击“Action Links”下的“View Submission”查看系统生成的PDF版本。

2. 确认无误后勾选表格右侧的“I accept”，表示所有作者同意投稿。

3. 投稿确认：上述检查无误后即可进行投稿确认。点击“Action Links”下的“Approve Submission”，弹出最终确认对话框，点击OK即可完成投稿。此时投稿论文提交至编辑部。

进度查询

如果作者想查看稿件进度，可以回到投稿系统主页，显示“Submission Being Processed”表示已完成投稿，等待论文审稿完成即可。

后期，作者也可随时通过EM系统查看文章状态。

Contributions falling into the following categories will be considered for publication: Original research papers, Reviews, Short communication.

Please ensure that you select the appropriate article type from the list of options when making your submission. Authors contributing to special issues should ensure that they select the special issue article type from this list.

Submission checklist

You can use this list to carry out a final check of your submission before you send it to the journal for review. Please check the relevant section in this Guide for Authors for more details.

Ensure that the following items are present:

One author has been designated as the corresponding author with contact details:

• E-mail address

• Full postal address

All necessary files have been uploaded:

Manuscript:

• Include keywords

• All figures (include relevant captions)

• All tables (including titles, description, footnotes)

• Ensure all figure and table citations in the text match the files provided

• Indicate clearly if color should be used for any figures in print

Graphical Abstracts / Highlights files (where applicable)

Supplemental files (where applicable)

Further considerations

• Manuscript has been 'spell checked' and 'grammar checked'

• All references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa

• Permission has been obtained for use of copyrighted material from other sources (including the Internet)

• A competing interests statement is provided, even if the authors have no competing interests to declare

• Journal policies detailed in this guide have been reviewed

• Referee suggestions and contact details provided, based on journal requirements
