mBio《微生物》（月刊）. mBio is a broad-scope open access journal edited by active research scientists. It strives to publish the best research in microbiology and allied fields. mBio publishes outstanding papers in all disciplines that address microbiological problems, including, but not limited to, biochemistry and molecular biology, genetics and genomics, environmental science, evolution, immunology, infectious disease, and physiology. mSystems《微生物系统》（月刊）. mSystems is a multidisciplinary open-access journal publishing preeminent work that achieves insights into metabolic and regulatory systems at the scale of both the single cell and microbial communities. The Microbiology Editorial Board has been organised by the topic areas of the journal, emphasising the breadth of microbiology as a field, and streamlining the submission process for authors. BMC MICROBIOLOGY《BMC微生物学》（年刊）. BMC Microbiology is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that considers articles on all microorganisms - bacteria, archaea, algae and fungi, viruses, unicellular parasites and helminths. Microbial Genomics《微生物基因组学》（月刊）. Microbial Genomics pioneers all areas of genome research spanning the breadth of microbial life including viruses, bacteria, archaea and microbial eukaryotes. We welcome articles showing novel insights, new applications, or innovative approaches using genomic data. Content ranges from comparative and functional genomics of model organisms to population-scale evolution, epidemiology and microbiome studies, and real-world genomics applications with clinical, veterinary or environmental relevance.

The Lancet Microbe《柳叶刀：微生物》（月刊）. The Lancet Microbe publishes clinically relevant microbes at all scales—from the nature of the microbe (eg, antimicrobial resistance genes/plasmids, virulence factors) to the microbiome, to pathology (including immunology) to population level effects (eg, outbreaks, epidemiology).

Cellular Microbiology《细胞微生物学》（一年1卷）. Cellular Microbiology aims to publish outstanding contributions to the understanding of interactions between microbes, prokaryotes and eukaryotes, and their host in the context of pathogenic or mutualistic relationships, including co-infections and microbiota. We welcome studies on single cells, animals and plants, and encourage the use of model hosts and organoid cultures. Submission on cell and molecular biological aspects of microbes, such as their intracellular organization or the establishment and maintenance of their architecture in relation to virulence and pathogenicity are also encouraged. Contributions must provide mechanistic insights supported by quantitative data obtained through imaging, cellular, biochemical, structural or genetic approaches.

Microbiology Spectrum《微生物学波普》（月刊）. Microbiology Spectrum (Spectrum) publishes research from all domains of basic, applied, and clinical microbial sciences. Rather than making subjective evaluations of potential impact, Microbiology Spectrum publishes research studies that are of high technical quality and are useful to the community. All decisions are made by an international and diverse editorial board that fully represents the microbiology research community.
