One Health《全健康》（半年刊）. The mission of One Health is to provide a platform for rapid communication of high quality scientific knowledge on inter- and intra-species pathogen transmission, bringing together leading experts in virology, bacteriology, parasitology, mycology, vectors and vector-borne diseases, tropical health, veterinary sciences, pathology, immunology, food safety, mathematical modelling, epidemiology, public health research and emergency preparedness.

Pathogens and Disease《病原体与疾病》（一年1卷）. Pathogens and Disease publishes outstanding primary research on hypothesis- and discovery-driven studies on pathogens, host-pathogen interactions, host response to infection and their molecular and cellular correlates. It covers all pathogens – eukaryotes, prokaryotes, and viruses – and includes zoonotic pathogens and experimental translational applications.

Open Forum Infectious Diseases《传染病开放论坛》（月刊）. Open Forum Infectious Diseases publishes clinical, translational, and basic research in a fully open access, online journal. It focuses on the intersection of biomedical science and clinical practice, with an emphasis on knowledge that could improve patient care globally.

Transboundary and Emerging Diseases《跨界与新发疾病》（一年1卷）. Transboundary and Emerging Diseases brings together original research and review articles on infectious diseases considered to hold the greatest economic threat to animals and humans worldwide. The journal provides a venue for global research on their diagnosis, prevention and management, and for papers on public health, pathogenesis, epidemiology, statistical modeling, diagnostics, biosecurity issues, genomics, vaccine development and rapid communication of new outbreaks.

Travel Medicine and Infectious Disease《旅游医学与传染病》（双月刊）. Travel Medicine and Infectious Disease publishes original papers, reviews and consensus papers that have a primary theme of infectious disease in the context of travel medicine.

The Brazilian Journal of Infectious Diseases《巴西传染病杂志》（双月刊）. The Brazilian Journal of Infectious Diseases is the official publication of the Brazilian Society of Infectious Diseases (SBI). It aims to publish relevant articles in the broadest sense on all aspects of microbiology, infectious diseases and immune response to infectious agents.

Epidemiology & Infection《流行病学与感染》（一年1卷）. Epidemiology and Infection is a fully open access journal publishing original reports and reviews on all aspects of infection in humans and animals. Particular emphasis is given to the epidemiology, prevention and control of infectious diseases. The field covered is broad and includes the zoonoses, tropical infections, food hygiene, vaccine studies, statistics and the clinical, social and public-health aspects of infectious disease.

Revista do Instituto de Medicina Tropical de São Paulo《圣保罗热带医学研究所杂志》（一年1卷）. The Revista do Instituto de Medicina Tropical de São Paulo (Journal of the Institute of Tropical Medicine of São Paulo) was created in 1959 by professor Luiz Rey, the editor until 1964 when he was succeeded by Prof. Carlos da Silva Lacaz. Professor Thales de Brito became the editor in September 1985 until 2015, and he was succeeded by Prof. Thelma Suely Okay. Published in English, the journal is devoted to research on different aspects of tropical infectious diseases. The journal welcomes original work on all infectious diseases, provided that data and results are directly linked to human health.

Virulence《毒力》（年刊）. Virulence publishes open access peer-reviewed research on microbial pathogenicity, the infection process and host-pathogen interactions. Virulence brings together scientists and clinical researchers to address new infectious challenges, emerging infectious agents and antimicrobial resistance.

HIV Medicine《艾滋病药物》（月刊）. HIV Medicine aims to provide an alternative outlet for publication of international research papers in the field of HIV Medicine, embracing clinical, pharmocological, epidemiological, ethical, preclinical and in vitro studies. In addition, the journal will commission reviews and other feature articles. It will focus on evidence-based medicine as the mainstay of successful management of HIV and AIDS. The journal is specifically aimed at researchers and clinicians with responsibility for treating HIV seropositive patients.
