《体力活动与健康（英文）》（Physical Activity and Health, PAAH）于2017创刊，主办单位为宁波大学。现任主编为宁波大学顾耀东教授和英国皇家医学科学院院士Julien S. Baker教授，期刊编委会由22名来自全球知名高校与研究机构的学者组成。本刊目前已被Scopus、WJCI、EBSCO、DOAJ、CrossRef、帝国理工学院图书馆、中国社科院AMI核心期刊等数据库收录。2025年6月Scopus发布的CiteScore引用分指标，PAAH期刊的CiteScore为4.4，在“Rehabilitation”和“Physical Therapy, Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation”以及“Health（social science）”学科类别中位列Q1区，是宁波大学首本Scopus收录学术期刊。

秉着“全方位、深层次报道国际体力活动与健康科学领域的原创性、前沿性研究成果，搭建国际学术交流平台，促进学科建设与发展”的办刊宗旨，本刊已收录来自牛津大学、昆士兰大学、哥伦比亚大学等全球顶尖高校科研机构，涵盖运动医学，运动训练学、体育工程、体育人文和社会科学等领域的多项原创成果。

Author Guidelines

Submissions should be made electronically through this website.

Please ensure that you consider the following guidelines when preparing your manuscript. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your submission.

All word limits include referencing and citation.

Artificial Intelligence

Authors should refer to the publisher's guidelines on acceptable use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. All submissions must comply with these guidelines.

Structure

Title page

To ensure blind peer review, please only list the title and abstract on the submitted manuscript file.

The names of all authors, affiliations, contact details, biography (optional) and the corresponding author details must be completed online as part of the submission process. All authors must fit within the journal's definition of an author, detailed in our authorship guidelines.

Author names should include a forename and a surname. Forenames should not consist only of initials.

J. Bloggs is not preferred. The full name, Joe Bloggs is required (this will enhance the 'findability' of your publication)

The affiliation should ideally include ‘Department, Institution, City, Country’, however only the Institution and Country are mandatory.

Abstract

Research articles must have the main text prefaced by an abstract of no more than 250 words summarising the main arguments and conclusions of the article. This must have the heading ‘Abstract’ and be easily identified from the start of the main text.

A list of up to six key words may be placed below the abstract (optional).

The Abstract and Keywords should also be added to the metadata when making the initial online submission.

Main text

The body of the submission should be structured in a logical and easy to follow manner. A clear introduction section should be given that allows non-specialists in the subject an understanding of the publication and a background of the issue(s) involved. Methods, results, discussion and conclusion sections may then follow to clearly detail the information and research being presented.

Up to three level headings may be present and must be clearly identifiable using different font sizes, bold or italics. We suggest using Headings 1, 2 and 3 in MS-Word’s ‘Style’ section.
