Sydowia（一年1卷）. SYDOWIA publishes reports of original research relevant to fungal taxonomy, systematics, evolution, structure, development, ecology, pathology (plants, animals, humans), and biotechnological applications. Reviews are published in areas of particular interest and current importance, but authors should consult the Editor before submitting a review manuscript. The official journal language is English.

MycoKeys《真菌学》（不定期）. MycoKeys is a peer-reviewed, open-access, online and printed, rapidly published and disseminated journal launched to accelerate research and free information exchange in taxonomy, phylogeny, biogeography, evolution and ecology of the monophyletic kingdom Fungi (including lichens). The journal will consider for publication manuscripts on any taxon of any geological age from any part of the world with no limit to manuscript size.

Mycorrhiza《菌根》（双月刊）. Mycorrhiza is an international journal devoted to research into mycorrhizas - the widest symbioses in nature, involving plants and a range of soil fungi world-wide. The scope of Mycorrhiza covers all aspects of research into mycorrhizas, including molecular biology of the plants and fungi, fungal systematics, development and structure of mycorrhizas, and effects on plant physiology, productivity, reproduction and disease resistance. The scope also includes interactions between mycorrhizal fungi and other soil organisms and effects of mycorrhizas on plant biodiversity and ecosystem structure.

Mycologia《真菌学》（双月刊）. International in coverage, Mycologia presents recent advances in mycology, emphasizing all aspects of the biology of Fungi and fungus-like organisms, including Lichens, Oomycetes and Slime Molds. The Journal emphasizes subjects including applied biology, biochemistry, cell biology, development, ecology, evolution, genetics, genomics, molecular biology, morphology, new techniques, animal or plant pathology, phylogenetics, physiology, aspects of secondary metabolism, systematics, and ultrastructure. In addition to research articles, reviews and short notes, Mycologia also includes invited papers based on presentations from the Annual Conference of the Mycological Society of America, such as Karling Lectures or Presidential Addresses.

Mycoscience《真菌科学》（双月刊）. Mycoscience is a fully peer-reviewed and open access international journal, which is issued online by the Mycological Society of Japan (MSJ). Readers are able to search publications in Mycoscience via J-STAGE. Mycoscience publishes original research articles and reviews on various topics related to fungi, including yeasts and other organisms, that have traditionally been studied by mycologists.

IMA FUNGUS《IMA真菌》（年刊）. IMA Fungus, founded in 2010, is the flagship journal of the International Mycological Association (IMA). The IMA represents the interests of mycology and mycologists worldwide, through a series of regional and national organizations, and is responsible for the now four-yearly International Mycological Congresses (IMCs).

Mycobiology《真菌生物学》（季刊）. Mycobiology is an international journal devoted to the publication of fundamental and applied investigations on all aspects of mycology and their traditional allies. It is published quarterly and is the official publication of the Korean Society of Mycology. Mycobiology publishes reports of basic research on fungi and fungus-like organisms, including yeasts, filamentous fungi, lichen fungi, oomycetes, moulds, and mushroom. Mycopathologia《真菌病理学》（双月刊）. Mycopathologia is an official journal of the International Union of Microbiological Societies (IUMS). Mycopathologia was founded in 1938 with the mission to ‘diffuse the understanding of fungal diseases in man and animals among mycologists’. Many of the milestones discoveries in the field of medical mycology have been communicated through the pages of this journal.
