IMA FUNGUS《IMA真菌》（年刊）. IMA Fungus, founded in 2010, is the flagship journal of the International Mycological Association (IMA). The IMA represents the interests of mycology and mycologists worldwide, through a series of regional and national organizations, and is responsible for the now four-yearly International Mycological Congresses (IMCs).

World Mycotoxin Journal《世界真菌毒素杂志》（季刊）. World Mycotoxin Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal with only one specific area of focus: the promotion of the science of mycotoxins. MycoKeys《真菌学》（不定期）. MycoKeys is a peer-reviewed, open-access, online and printed, rapidly published and disseminated journal launched to accelerate research and free information exchange in taxonomy, phylogeny, biogeography, evolution and ecology of the monophyletic kingdom Fungi (including lichens). The journal will consider for publication manuscripts on any taxon of any geological age from any part of the world with no limit to manuscript size.

Mycologia《真菌学》（双月刊）. International in coverage, Mycologia presents recent advances in mycology, emphasizing all aspects of the biology of Fungi and fungus-like organisms, including Lichens, Oomycetes and Slime Molds. The Journal emphasizes subjects including applied biology, biochemistry, cell biology, development, ecology, evolution, genetics, genomics, molecular biology, morphology, new techniques, animal or plant pathology, phylogenetics, physiology, aspects of secondary metabolism, systematics, and ultrastructure. Mycorrhiza《菌根》（双月刊）. Mycorrhiza is an international journal devoted to research into mycorrhizas - the widest symbioses in nature, involving plants and a range of soil fungi world-wide. The scope of Mycorrhiza covers all aspects of research into mycorrhizas, including molecular biology of the plants and fungi, fungal systematics, development and structure of mycorrhizas, and effects on plant physiology, productivity, reproduction and disease resistance. Mycoscience《真菌科学》（双月刊）. Mycoscience is a fully peer-reviewed and open access international journal, which is issued online by the Mycological Society of Japan (MSJ). Readers are able to search publications in Mycoscience via J-STAGE. Mycoscience publishes original research articles and reviews on various topics related to fungi, including yeasts and other organisms, that have traditionally been studied by mycologists.
