Annual Review of Biomedical Data Science《生物医学数据科学年度评论》（年刊）. he Annual Review of Biomedical Data Science provides comprehensive expert reviews in biomedical data science, focusing on advanced methods to store, retrieve, analyze, and organize biomedical data and knowledge. The scope of the journal encompasses informatics, computational, artificial intelligence (AI), and statistical approaches to biomedical data, including the sub-fields of bioinformatics, computational biology, biomedical informatics, clinical and clinical research informatics, biostatistics, and imaging informatics. The mission of the journal is to identify both emerging and established areas of biomedical data science, and the leaders in these fields.

《整合宏组学（英文）》（iMeta）（双月刊），创刊于2022年，是由威立、中科院生物物理学会肠道菌群分会和本领域数百位华人科学家合作出版的开放获取期刊，主编由中科院微生物所刘双江研究员和荷兰格罗宁根大学傅静远教授担任。目的是发表原创研究、方法和综述以促进宏基因组学、微生物组和生物信息学发展。
