The Supreme Court Review《最高法院评论》（年刊）. Since it first appeared in 1960, The Supreme Court Review (SCR) has won acclaim for providing a sustained and authoritative survey of the implications of the Courts most significant decisions. SCR is an in-depth annual critique of the Supreme Court and its work, keeping up on the forefront of the origins, reforms, and interpretations of American law. SCR is written by and for legal academics, judges, political scientists, journalists, historians, economists, policy planners, and sociologists.

Transnational Environmental Law《跨国环境法》（一年3期）. Transnational Environmental Law (TEL) is a peer-reviewed journal for the study of environmental law and governance beyond the state. It approaches legal and regulatory developments with an interest in the contribution of non-state actors and an awareness of the multi-level governance context in which contemporary environmental law unfolds.

Social & Legal Studies《社会与法律研究》（双月刊）. SOCIAL & LEGAL STUDIES is a leading international journal, publishing progressive, interdisciplinary and critical approaches to socio-legal study. The journal was born out of a commitment to feminist, anti-colonial and socialist economic perspectives to the study of law. It offers an intellectual space for theoretically informed and empirically grounded work, where diverse traditions and critical approaches within legal study meet. We particularly welcome work in new fields of socio-legal study, as well as non-western scholarship.

Texas Law Review《德克萨斯法律评论》（一年7期）. The Texas Law Review is a national and international leader in legal scholarship. Texas Law Review is an independent journal, edited and published entirely by students at the University of Texas School of Law. Our seven issues per year contain articles by professors, judges, and practitioners; reviews of important recent books from recognized experts, essays, commentaries; and student written notes. Texas Law Review is currently the ninth most cited legal periodical in federal and state cases in the United States and the thirteenth most cited by legal journals.

Stanford Law Review《斯坦福法律评论》（双月刊）. To this day, the Law Review has two principal functions: to educate and foster intellectual discourse among the student membership and to contribute to legal scholarship by addressing important legal and social issues. It serves these dual functions each year through the publication of one print volume with six separate issues—published once a month from January through June. These issues contain original scholarship by, among others, Law Review members, other Stanford Law School students, professors, judges, and practicing attorneys.

Regulation & Governance《规章与治理》（季刊）. Regulation & Governance reaches an international audience, and showcases research addressing the worlds most pressing audit and risk challenges, across all fields of regulation. It addresses issues that transcend both intellectual and geographic boundaries and reports empirical results with broad implications. With guidance from an outstanding editorial board and carefully selected reviewers, Regulation & Governance publishes significant new studies of regulatory governance, review articles on major lines of research in the field, and occasional shorter essays exploring new insights and directions for study.

Southern California Law Review《南加利福尼亚法律评论》（双月刊）. Established in 1927, the Southern California Law Review is an independent and autonomous entity. Each year the Law Review publishes one volume, which is produced in six separate issues. Each issue normally contains several articles written by outside contributors and several notes written by students from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. The Law Review strives to publish articles on a wide range of topics and to serve all segments of the legal community. In addition, the Law Review frequently hosts a forum in order to explore timely or controversial areas of law.

South African Journal on Human Rights《南非人权杂志》（季刊）. Founded in 1985 by the Centre for Applied Legal Studies (CALS) and housed at the School of Law, University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, the SAJHR is the leading South African public law journal, publishing scholarship of the highest standard for a worldwide readership. The Journal appears four times a year and is published by CALS and Taylor & Francis. SAJHR is dedicated to the advancement of scholarship on human rights and justice-related law in South Africa. While this remains the primary focus of the Journal, the editors accept submissions dealing with the enforcement of human rights in other countries where direct and substantive relevance to South Africa is demonstrated. Contributions from scholars on the African continent and the Global South that comply with this focus are encouraged.

Review of European, Comparative & International Environmental Law《欧洲、比较与国际环境法评论》（一年3期）. The Review of European, Comparative & International Environmental Law (RECIEL) is an international journal that contains articles on a broad range of topics in environmental law and policy. RECIEL bridges both academic and professional spheres by providing scholars, legal practitioners, policy makers, students and any other interested persons with information on developments in international, European Community and comparative environmental law and policy.

Review of Central and East European Law《中欧和东欧法律评论》（季刊）. The quarterly Review of Central and East European Law (RCEEL) critically examines issues of legal doctrine and practice in the region. An important aspect of this is, for example, the harmonization of legal principles and rules; another facet is the legal impact of the intertwining of domestic economies, on the one hand, with regional economies and the processes of international trade and investment on the other. The RCEEL offers a forum for discussion of topical questions of public and private law from domestic, regional, and international perspectives. The RCEEL encourages comparative research; it is hoped that, in this way, additional insights in legal developments can be communicated to those interested in questions, not only of law, but also of politics, economics, and of society of countries in the region.
