Marine Geoscience and Energy Resources is an international journal covering marine geoenergy geology with emphasis on the origin and behaviour of all types of basinal fluids (e.g., hydrocarbons, mineralizing fluids, waters) in the context of basin dynamics, from the pore to the basin scale. The journal provides a multidisciplinary platform for high-quality research on the geology, geophysics and geochemistry of extant and deep-time marine and coastal basins, from continental shelves to deep-marine basins, and the related role of basinal fluids.
