The Journal of Spatial Science publishes papers broadly across the spatial sciences including such areas as cartography, geodesy, geographic information science, hydrography, digital image analysis and photogrammetry, remote sensing, surveying and related areas. Two types of papers are published by he journal: Research Papers and Professional Papers.

Remote Sensing of Environment (RSE) serves the Earth observation community with the publication of results on the theory, science, applications, and technology of studies contributing to advance the science of remote sensing. Thoroughly interdisciplinary, RSE publishes on terrestrial, oceanic and atmospheric sensing. The emphasis of the journal is on biophysical and quantitative approaches to remote sensing at local to global scales and covers a wide range of applications and techniques.

GIScience & Remote Sensing《地理科学与遥感》（一年1卷）. GIScience & Remote Sensing publishes original, peer-reviewed articles associated with geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing of the environment (including digital image processing), geocomputation, spatial data mining, and geographic environmental modelling. Papers reflecting both basic and applied research are published.

Journal of Applied Remote Sensing《应用遥感杂志》（季刊）. The Journal of Applied Remote Sensing (JARS) is an online journal that optimizes the communication of concepts, information, and progress within the remote sensing community to improve the societal benefit for monitoring and management of natural disasters, weather forecasting, agricultural and urban land-use planning, environmental quality monitoring, ecological restoration, and numerous other commercial and scientific applications.

European Journal of Remote Sensing《欧洲遥感期刊》（一年1卷）. European Journal of Remote Sensing publishes open access research on the application of active and passive remote sensing technologies to terrestrial, oceanic, and atmospheric environments. European Journal of Remote Sensing is published on behalf of the Associazione Italiana di Telerilevamento (AIT). European Journal of Remote Sensing accepts the following types of article: Original articles, Review articles.

Canadian Journal of Remote Sensing《加拿大遥感杂志》（一年1卷）. Canadian Journal of Remote Sensing / Journal canadien de télédétection is a publication of the Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute (CASI) and the official journal of the Canadian Remote Sensing Society (CRSS-SCT). Canadian Journal of Remote Sensing provides a forum for the publication of scientific research and review articles.

International Journal of Remote Sensing《国际遥感杂志》（半月刊）. International Journal of Remote Sensing publishes international research on remote sensing of the atmosphere, biosphere, cryosphere and the terrestrial earth, as well as human modifications to the earth system.

Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation《生态与保护遥感》（双月刊）. Remote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation is a fully open access journal from Wiley and the Zoological Society of London. Remote sensing has enormous potential as to provide information on the state of, and pressures on, biological diversity and ecosystem services, at multiple spatial and temporal scales. This new publication provides a forum for multidisciplinary research in remote sensing science, ecological research and conservation science.

Journal of the Indian Society of Remote Sensing《印度遥感学会杂志》（月刊）. The aims and scope of the Journal of the Indian Society of Remote Sensing are to help towards advancement, dissemination and application of the knowledge of Remote Sensing technology, which is deemed to include photo interpretation, photogrammetry, aerial photography, image processing, and other related technologies in the field of survey, planning and management of natural resources and other areas of application where the technology is considered to be appropriate, to promote interaction among all persons, bodies, institutions (private and/or state-owned) and industries interested in achieving advancement, dissemination and application of the technology, to encourage and undertake research in remote sensing and related technologies and to undertake and execute all acts which shall promote all or any of the aims and objectives of the Indian Society of Remote Sensing.
