Romanian Journal of Information Science and Technology《罗马尼亚信息科学与技术杂志》（季刊）. The primary objective of this journal is the publication of original results of research in information science and technology. There is no restriction on the addressed topics, the only acceptance criterion being the originality and quality of the articles, proved by independent reviewers. However, contributions to emerging areas are encouraged, which means that they represent a priority for review and publication.

Romanian Agricultural Research《罗马尼亚农业研究》（年刊）. The Journal ROMANIAN AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH is an “open access” one, which publishes original articles, short communications, presenting new scientific results – theoretical, experimental and technical – on plant breeding and genetics, physiology, biotechnology, mineral nutrition and plant protection, in field crops. Reviews on up-to date subjects and recent research, preferably from Eastern Europe, may also be published.

RöFo-Fortschritte auf dem Gebiet der Röntgenstrahlen und der bildgebenden Verfahren《X射线与成像进展》（月刊）. Die RöFo veröffentlicht Originalarbeiten, Übersichtsartikel und Fallberichte aus dem Bereich der Radiologie und den weiteren bildgebenden Verfahren in der Medizin. Es dürfen nur Arbeiten eingereicht werden, die noch nicht veröffentlicht sind und die auch nicht gleichzeitig einer anderen Zeitschrift zur Veröffentlichung angeboten wurden.

Rocznik Ochrona Srodowiska《环境保护年鉴》（年刊）. Rocznik Ochrona Srodowiska (Annual Set The Environment Protection) publishes articles concerning widely understood environmental engineering and environmental protection. We are interested in manuscripts covering technologies and equipment used in water treatment, wastewater treatment, air purification, thermal utilization, processing and use of waste. But we publish also papers concerning sanitary installations, environmental law, education and health protection in relation to the protection of the human environment.

Rocky Mountain Journal of Mathematics《洛基山数学杂志》（双月刊）. Rocky Mountain Journal of Mathematics publishes both research and expository articles in mathematics, and particularly invites well-written survey articles. The Rocky Mountain Journal of Mathematics endeavors to publish significant research papers and substantial expository/survey papers in a broad range of theoretical and applied areas of mathematics. For this reason the editorial board is broadly based and submissions are accepted in most areas of mathematics.

Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering《岩石力学与岩石工程》（月刊）. Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering publishes original research on the experimental and theoretical aspects of rock mechanics, including laboratory and field testing, computational methods, design principles and site investigation. Coverage also includes case histories on design and construction of structures in rock and review papers.

Robotics and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing《机器人与计算机集成制造》（双月刊）. The emphasis of the journal Robotics and Computer-Integrated Manufacturing is on disseminating the application of research to the development of new or improved industrially-relevant robotics, manufacturing technologies, and innovative manufacturing strategies. Preference is given to papers describing original research that includes both theory and experimental validation. Comprehensive review papers on topical issues related to robotics and manufacturing will also be considered. Papers on conventional machining processes, modelling and simulation, supply chain management, and resource optimisation, will generally be considered out of scope, as there are other more appropriate journals in these areas.

Robotics and Autonomous Systems《机器人与自动化系统》（月刊）. Robotics and Autonomous Systems will carry articles describing fundamental developments in the field of robotics, with special emphasis on autonomous systems. An important goal of this journal is to extend the state of the art in both symbolic and sensory based robot control and learning in the context of autonomous systems.

Robotica《机器人学》（月刊）. Robotica is a forum for the multidisciplinary subject of robotics and encourages developments, applications and research in this important field of automation and robotics with regard to industry, health, education and economic and social aspects of relevance. Coverage includes activities in hostile environments, applications in the service and manufacturing industries, biological robotics, dynamics and kinematics involved in robot design and uses, on-line robots, robot task planning, rehabilitation robotics, sensory perception, software in the widest sense, particularly in respect of programming languages and links with CAD/CAM systems, telerobotics and various other areas. In addition, interest is focused on various Artificial Intelligence topics of theoretical and practical interest. Emphasis is placed on sound theory and realistic applications of robotics and AI in the general field of automation.

Road Materials and Pavement Design《道路材料与路面设计》（月刊）. The international journal Road Materials and Pavement Design welcomes contributions on mechanical, thermal, chemical and/or physical properties and characteristics of bitumens, additives, bituminous mixes, asphalt concrete, cement concrete, unbound granular materials, soils, geo-composites, new and innovative materials, as well as mix design, soil stabilization, and environmental aspects of handling and re-use of road materials.
