Zeitschrift für deutsches Altertum und deutsche Literatur《德国古代与德意志文学杂志》（季刊）. One of the oldest journals of German studies, Zeitschrift für deutsches Altertum und deutsche Literatur was founded 1841 by Moritz Haupt. In 1876, the Anzeiger was incorporated, adding new areas of interest to the journal: besides German medieval language and literature also dialect studies and onomastics. The journal features original peer-reviewed articles in German and English. Today, ZFDA is edited by Jürgen Wolf.

Zeitschrift für deutsche Philologie《德国哲学杂志》（季刊）. Die von Ernst Höpfner und Julius Zacher im Jahr 1868 gegründete, seit 1954 (mit Band 73) vom Erich Schmidt Verlag betreute Zeitschrift für deutsche Philologie (ZfdPh) erscheint jährlich in vier Heften und einem Sonderheft wechselnder thematischer Orientierung, die von zwei Redaktionen verantwortet werden: Ältere deutsche Literatur/Sprachgeschichte (Köln/Halle) und Neuere deutsche Literatur (Berlin/Paderborn).

Zeitschrift für Assyriologie und Vorderasiatische Archäologie《亚述学和近东考古学杂志》（半年刊）. ZA publishes articles and reviews in all areas of Assyriology, including Near Eastern archaeology and art history. The main geographical areas covered are Mesopotamia, Northern Syria, Anatolia, Ancient Armenia, and Elam from the fourth to first millennia BC. All articles are peer-reviewed.

The Zeitschrift für Antikes Christentum / Journal of Ancient Christianity (ZAC) is a refereed academic journal which aims at encouraging the dialogue between scholars of church history, history of religion, and classical antiquity with all its subdisciplines (classical and Christian Near Eastern philology, ancient history, classical and Christian archaeology, as well as the history of ancient philosophy and religion). In this context, ancient Christianity is understood in its complete prosopographic and doxographic breadth, with special emphasis on the influences of peripheral groups and related movements.

Zeitschrift für Anglistik und Amerikanistik (ZAA) is an anonymously peer-reviewed journal that traditionally reflects the entire spectrum of English and American language, literature, and culture. Particular attention will also be paid to the new literatures in English, thedevelopment of linguistic varieties outside Britain and North America,the culture of ethnic minorities, and the relationship between anglophone and neighbouring cultural areas. The journal also welcomes contributions which examine theoretical and interdisciplinary issues in literary, linguistic, and socio-cultural research.

Zeitschrift für Ägyptische Sprache und Altertumskunde《埃及语言与考古学杂志》（半年刊）. The "Zeitschrift für Ägyptische Sprache und Altertumskunde", the oldest Egyptological journal, covers the whole field of Egyptology including Demotic, Coptic and Meroitic studies. The contributions examine the language, history, religion, art, and material culture of the ancient Nile valley. In addition, they deal with the history of Egyptology and with Egypts influence on contemporary and later cultures.

Zeitschrift des Deutschen Palästina-Vereins《德国巴勒斯坦协会杂志》（年刊）. The Society’s periodical publication “Zeitschrift des Deutschen Palästina-Vereins” (ZDPV – Journal of the German Society for Exploration of Palestine) is free to members. Articles cover topics of relevance to the cultural history of the Southern Levant, including archeology, topography, iconography, the science of religion, social anthropology, philology, and literature. Book reviews and notes and news of the society are included.

Die im Jahre 1845 gegründete Deutsche Morgenländische Gesellschaft (DMG) gibt seit 1847 eine eigene, alle Teilgebiete der Orientalistik berührende Zeitschrift heraus. Die Zeitschrift der Deutschen Morgenländischen Gesellschaft (ZDMG) gehört bis in die Gegenwart auch über den deutschsprachigen Raum hinaus zu den bedeutendsten orientalistischen Fachperiodika.

Yearbook for Traditional Music《传统音乐年鉴》（半年刊）. The Yearbook for Traditional Music is a refereed scholarly journal which carries essays, reviews, and reports in the area of traditional music and dance research. Since 2019 it is published on ICTMs behalf by Cambridge University Press.he Yearbook was established in 1949 as the Journal of the International Folk Music Council, and it is published in English every November by the ICTM Secretariat. All ICTM members and institutional subscribers in good standing receive a copy of the Yearbook via priority air mail.
