La revista tiene como objetivo principal publicar contribuciones originales e inéditas escritas en español o en inglés resultantes de investigaciones arqueológicas, o bien de investigaciones multidisciplinarias o de disciplinas afines cuyos objetivos hayan sido guiados arqueológicamente.

Australian Archaeology《澳大利亚考古学》（一年3期）. Australian Archaeology , the official publication of the Australian Archaeological Association Inc., is a refereed journal published since 1974. It accepts original articles in all fields of archaeology and other subjects relevant to archaeological research and practice in Australia and nearby areas. Archaeology is defined broadly and covers the deep past, historic and contemporary periods in terms of research and cultural heritage management. Material relating to research in biological anthropology, social and cultural anthropology, history, Aboriginal studies, environmental science and other related areas is welcomed, particularly when it relates to current problems and issues in Australian archaeology. Australian Archaeology is published three times a year in April, August and November.

Latin American Antiquity is a quarterly journal that publishes original papers on the archaeology, ethnohistory, and art history of Latin America and the Caribbean and all regions in the continental New World that are south of the current U.S.-Mexico border. The journal publishes ARTICLES, REPORTS, and COMMENTS in method and theory, field research, and analysis that use a Latin American database as defined above.

Environmental Archaeology《环境考古学》（双月刊）. Environmental Archaeology: The Journal of Human Palaeoecology aims to publish contributions on all aspects of environmental archaeology, from methodology to synthesis and theory. Environmental Archaeology is an international peer-reviewed periodical which welcomes contributions that consider the interaction between humans and their environment in the archaeological and historical past. This broad scope embraces papers covering a range of environmental specialisms within archaeology, such as archaeobotany, archaeozoology (both vertebrate and invertebrate), palynology, geoarchaeology, biological anthropology, as well as more synthetic and theoretical approaches to the past human environment. Assemblage and site reports are not encouraged unless these can demonstrate significant new insights in environmental archaeology.
